The free ULTRA LoRA and any other free sample are provided free of charge and “as is”, with no warranty of any kind, so you can test the quality, format and compatibility of our models on your own system before you purchase. Downloading a free sample costs you nothing and creates no obligation. Its whole purpose is to let you confirm the product works for you first.
Our LoRA models, character and prop packs, and other downloadable AI-model files are digital goods that are fully usable the moment they are downloaded. Because a downloaded file cannot be returned or handed back, all sales of downloadable LoRA / model / pack items are final and non-refundable once the file has been made available for download or delivered to you.
The free sample in section 1 exists specifically so you can satisfy yourself the product works before buying. By completing a purchase you:
This is necessary because a downloaded model works on your own computer indefinitely — a refund after download would let anyone keep a fully working product for free. If a file genuinely fails to download or arrives corrupt, contact us and we will re-supply the correct file at no charge.
Book and writing orders are delivered or refunded: if we cannot deliver the book you commissioned, you are refunded in full. (This differs from the model files above because a book is produced to order.)
Purchased LoRA / model files come with a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free commercial licence — pay once, use forever, owe nothing per use. You may not resell or redistribute the file itself; the licence is for your own creative use.
